Is there anyway to unlocked the 4S?

I just bought Iphone 4s from my friend recently cuz it sold me cheap and i want to update my ios to 6.1 or 6.1.2 but i see no unlock for it ( mine currently 5.1.1 ) i found some website but it needs to pay but i don't want to so any other way?

Added (1). What if the phone already unlocked with ios 5.1.1 but i want to up it to 6.1.2?

IPhone went black and isn't responding to power/home button

I just got my iPhone 5 like two hours ago and I was just on it and it completely went black. If I switch the vibrating button on the side it vibrates, and if I plug it into the charger it also vibrates and makes a sound. I tried pressing the home and lock button at the same time but nothing comes up, nothing happens. Please help?

Added (1). Even Siri is working but the whole screen is black. I tried calling my phone from a different phone and i answered it by swiping my finger like normal and it worked. The whole screen is just completely black.

What happens if I call to report a broken otterbox case?

So I just broke my $50 iPhone 5 otter box case! And I know they give you lifetime warranty but by not thinking or anything, I threw away the case when it happened and I was thinking if I call now will they ask me to send it back or not? Or will they ask for any proof? Because there's not way of getting the broken case back.

Can I unlock my sprint iPhone 4?

I have an iPhone 4 (not a 4S) it's with sprint and I believe it's a gsm. I don't see any openings or slots for a SIM card. Can I unlock it to switch another carrier? And if yes, any suggestions on which carrier to go to, prepaid maybe? I don't know.

So, My mom has an Empi Select 1.5 Tens Kit, and I'm trying to buy an iPhone that was pre owned, and she never uses it, and she said she will sell it so it can go towards the payment of it.

8 Oval Electrodes, with 4 to a pack
1 Empi Select 1.5 Tens Machine

Where could I sell it? We're going to try and get the phone tomorrow if we can, so would a pawn shop buy the Kit from us?

It's worth $700-800 US Dollars. We will ask $200 for it, should we ask higher? It's no a pwn, but a sell.
