Is an IPhone XS Max supposed to have red eye in the photos using flash?

I noticed with my IPhone XS Max that when I take photos using the flash option that I get red eye in the photos where th pupils glow red. I have had 3 replaced phones from Apple which all seemed to be doing this. My 6s plus sometimes done it but very minor. Is this normal or is there a fault with the IPhone XS Max?
I did backup from my 6s plus so I'm not sure if it's either a back up problem or a technical fault problem.
What do you think it is?

Added (1). The red eye doesn't work
Also will resetting settings also help with this?

What is the best iPhone?

I need a new phone and my friend has the iPhone 7 plus, which is really good and doesn't slow down or anything. My mom has the iPhone 8 and it takes so long to load, its laggy. So i don't know what phone to get.

My photos won't transfer from my I phone to my laptop?

Every time I try to transfer my photos from my Iphone 7 to my HP pavilion it says "We're having trouble connecting." I have tried using a different cable, trying to copy and paste the folder, and nothing works. I have done this many times before and I'm not sure why it stopped working.

If i paid off my iphone 7 do i have to turn it in when i upgrade?

I have verizon and i just finished paying off my iphone 7 after 2 years. I'm looking to upgrade again but I have a crack on my iphone 7 and i don't want to get charged the damaged device fee. So i guess my question is: will i have to turn in my cracked iphone 7 when i go upgrade to a new phone. I don't think it makes sense to have to return it if i paid it off

How do I fix this problem with my iPhone?

I did something incredibly stupid today, which I don't know how to fix. Is there anyone out there who could possibly help me? My brother bought me a new rechargeable battery case for my iPhone 8 Plus. I was so excited about using it, that I mistakenly slid my iPhone into the case, without removing the previous case, which is a thin rubber cover. Now my phone is stuck about 9/10 of the way down to the bottom of the keys, and I can't get it out. I don't want to tell my brother about it, because he's the one who also bought me the phone, and I always end up doing something stupid to screw things up with it. I guess it's just not my day. Is there anyone that could help me with this problem?

Do I still need to transfer everything to my new phone?

I went from and iphone 5 to an iphone 7. (I know, still kinda old) I had to do it for a reason not cuz I wanted to. I've only had it for 2 days. Either way, when I got it at the phone company they said that I had to do an icloud backup on my old phone so it'd be recently backed up so I could transfer all my stuff to the new phone. But the internet at my house isn't that great and the phone wasn't able to do the backup. I did try other places with Wi-Fi but it didn't work either.
What I did instead was just airdrop all the pics that I wanted from my old phone to my new one. And reinstall the apps I wanted. They're all the sign in kind, so I didn't lose anything. And my music got transferred over when I signed in with my Apple ID. Basically since I have everything that I wanted from my old phone, do I still need to do the backup?
