If I put a picture on my mac to photostream and it moves to my Iphone's photostream and I delete the picture from my photostream on my mac, will there still be a picture left on the iphone in camera roll?

I bought an iPhone 5 and it's connected to T-Mobile. At first it had of course the bars and it said T-Mobile 4g. Now it still has the bars and says T-Mobile but instead of 4g it says LTE on the top left corner. Why is that?
I just got an iPhone 5 from sprint and I would like to put all of my music from iTunes on it. I have never had an iPhone but I do have an iTouch with a bunch of music on it. To insure that I don't lose any music, do I choose "Set up as new iPhone" or "restore from backup?" The backup is my iTouch.
I want to change phones to an iPhone can I get another contract for an iPhone 5 and pay for 2 contracts? What do you guys think?

I understand that I will be able to use my laptop and iphone charger using ONLY an adapter because they are dual voltage. The website above says they curling iron is "Dual Voltage for convenient worldwide use". Also on the back of the curling iron it says 120/240V. This leads me to believe that I can use it in Germany using ONLY an adapter and that I do NOT need a voltage converter. But then I see that on this website above it says: "Please NOTE: This item has been built to US Electronics specifications and may need additional modifications or converters to be used in countries other than the US And Canada" Do they mean that I need a voltage converter? Or are they just talking about an adapter.
Also, if I can use it in Germany without a voltage converter, do I need to do anything other than just plug it in with the adapter?
To be clear, the adapter I'm referring to is just so the plug fits into the socket in Germany, it does not decrease the voltage.
I got an iphone 4s last week (not jail broken) and the Imessege won't work. All it says is waiting for Activation, when I try to use apple id for Imessege it says "can't sign in check network connection" even when I'm connected to the internet. Are there any tricks to get the imessege working?
Should i get a white iphone or a black iphone? And what storage capacity as well?
Basically, my mother goes on my phone to check I'm not doing anything i'm not supposed to, i'm not, but i hate her reading my text messages. So is there anyway i can hide them? I don't want to delete them, some messages are really important to me, sounds stupid but i like keeping them. Please try and help and give me ideas, I really want to hide them!
