I bought a new sim card for my iphone and it have been having a few problems?
I purchased a brand new o2 sim card today but it has been having a few problems, first off it shows it has been recognised by the phone however it doesn't have any service bars, I know its not the phone because other networks work and have signal, I have chatted to o2 and we have tried to switch off and on the phone, take the sim out and in, cleaning the sim and no progress, I even put it in another phone and activated the sim but when I put it back in my iphone still no bars. And whenever I try to dial anything on the phone (even emergancey services) it straight away says "call ended" and then goes on to saying "call failed".
