How to get that lock symbol on my iphone?

Its a lock right above the time, i've seen it on some peoples phones but i don't know what it is and how do i get it there?

Confused about first bill with telus?

I got my iphone 5 on may 16 and i'm confused about my first bill. I downloaded their app and it said that my cycle is 28/30 and it ends on may 21.So is my first payment gonna be on may 21?

My photo stream has stopped working?

I have a MacBooK Pro, and an iPhone 4.
I have Photo Steam and iCloud enabled on both devices, so far so good. As desired i take a Snapshot on my iPhone camera and it automatically uploads via Photo Stream and iCloud to my MacBook where i can edit them.

All of a sudden it has stopped. I have not changed any settings. Camera Roll keeps being up dated (obvs) but Photo stream is lagging behind and does not update

What has happened? Have I reached a data allowance? I haven't used it that much, or i handnt thought, how can i find this out?

Good free manga apps/sites for iPhone?

I've tried a few manga sites on iPhone, but they're hard to use because they're not designed for iPhones.Like, you have to constantly zoom on stuff, and it's just really annoying.
So could you suggest a good free manga app or site that works well on iPhone?

Alright, I've got Injustice on the Iphone, and my triple silver team is deathstroke level 25, sinestro level 24, and knightfall bane level 24. I just got Wonder Woman Regime and i was wondering who i should take out of my team for her. Also I'm at the doomsday battle, and I've done every single battle up to that one, so that's why I was wondering, also each one of my team members has each one of their super moves upgraded 2 times, should i upgrade more or wait, i wait then till when?
are the levels of my team members good?
Is my team up to this point good?
Did i maybe get my first golden card to late? Please do tell
Also, I'm really sorry, but umm, I've heard that you can unlock Knightfall Bane, if you rate it when that pop up appears, and I always press remind me later, but just in case, how do you do it on like someone else's phone wit the account?

Why are many teenagers my age are so spoilt?

Most people at my school have iphones or at least expensive looking phones and half the time they can't take care of it with broken screens and dropping it.

Also many students at my school were given laptops i didn't get one they have been broken and damaged so much since we got them and most of the time it is because of the students fault.

And I overhear a lot of people in my grade talk about mooching off their parents like brats and sulk when they don't get the money they want.

I thought I was spoilt. But then I get to high school and I'm surrounded by lazy mooches who never stop to get something and when they do get it they blow it all in an hour (money) or damage/lose it in a week (electronics, other stuff)
