My Boyfriend has bought an iPhone 4 from a friend of a friend,
Problem is when we put a sim card in it shows O2 3G but no signal at all!
Was told it might now be IMEI Blocked!
Does this mean we can't use it on O2 or any network at all?
Anything we can do?
I do not have the new option for the pop up chat heads on my iPhone 5,
How can I enable it without any Jailbreak or additional apps?
It must be possible, my colleague who also owns an iPhone had the chat heads as soon as they were updated.
And yes, My Facebook and Facebook messenger apps are up to date.

This is very disturbing when I start downloading any kind of softwares from my computer and mobile please let me elaborate.
When I tried to download a software from ie9 my wi-fi gives me a speed of 25kb/s also when something from chrome 36kb/s but from my galaxy s3 it give me speed of 7.83mb/s and my dad's iphone 4s about 8.2mb/s with same router which has actually the declared speed from my service provider 10mb/s so please explain the reason and also a solution for my computer speed to increase.

I'm 19 years old and I'll be 20 in two days. My question is, what should I get for my birthday? I have no idea what I want whatsoever. (Usually when people ask me what I want I'll say "Surprise me" or "It doesn't matter"). I'm not really a picky, choosy type of person. I'm usually the type that's eternally grateful no matter what. (It could be a card, letter or even someone simply saying "Happy Birthday" and I'll still be grateful no matter what).
But the thing is, my Dad keeps asking me what I want and told me I have to come up with "actual things" by today or tomorrow. My mom told me that she's going to get me something else too since she already purchased something and it's hidden in the house somewhere. (I'm not gonna try to look for it, because that will take the fun and suspense out it).
For Christmas, My parents bought me an Xbox kinect with a couple of games, bought me some wii games and an iPhone 5, but the last time I played the videogames was during Christmas lol. I've been really busy with writing papers back to back and it can be kind of strenuous at times. But I will be free during this summer.
So what should I get? What's out there that's a hot seller? (Sorry if this sounds cheesy lol) I'm an online student, so I really don't have the opportunity to go out and see things. I put a sticker on my iPhones home button, the kind you buy. I put it on a little crooked and I'm thinking about taking it off all together. Is it going to damage the button if I attempt to take it off? What's an easy way to take it off?
