Starting running - good iphone apps?

I want to start running as I haven't done so for about three years, are there any good iphone apps or any advice and tips people can give me.

Is it possible to change iphone hardware?

I have an iPhone 3g (arm6) and a ipod touch 3g (arm7)
my iPod has a broken battery but everything else works fine (only works when plugged in)
is it possible to move the ipod processor into the iphone 3g? Or put the 4g battery in the ipod?

My iphone is defective but out of warranty can i get a free replacement?

So tonight my iphone was working like usual then a minute later i picked it back up and the screen had gone black with blue and white vertical lines. The touch screen still works i just can't see anything. I was wondering what i do and if i can get a free replacement or wondering how much it will cost me to replace the phone or pay for it to be fixed. I bought the phone february - march 2012 so it is just out of the year warranty. Any help would be much appreciated.

Added (1). The phone is an iphone 4 and i recently updated to IOS 6.1 and have been experiencing problems with sending messages and the phone freezing, my initial thought it that it has something to do with the software.

USPS Package in transit

I ordered an iPhone on eBay a few days ago and it arrived to my towns post office yesterday morning. The estimated delivery was today, but that changed yesterday and is now saying tomorrow. I don't understand, because the package is already in my zip code. Is it likely that since my package is in transit that I might get it today? I'm just wondering because I really need a phone before a business trip that was unexpected and i was told about a day after ordering my iPhone. I need it to keep in touch with family and coworkers!

Vodaphone contract getting cut off on iPhone, other options?

Hi guys basically I owe vodaphone a lot of money, on my iPhone contact. It went to their collectors but I can't pay it so I will now get cut off at the end of this month. I work long hours and miss my partner and need to sort out something in order so I can have so many mins to call him during the days I'm at work.

I'm guessing that because I took my contact out with vodaphone and got the phone free with them that now my iPhone is locked to them?

Will I now be able to buy a pay as you go sim on vodaphone that has a deal of so many mins, I will be able to use that in my iPhone and still top up weekly if I wanted to?

Basically all I'm asking is will a normal pay as you go sim from vodaphone work in my iPhone that will be cut off from my contract soon?

IPhone 4s won't turn on or charge? - 1

I tried to check my phone for messages, and the screen wouldn't turn on at all. So I held the sleep button to turn it on in case it just turned off for some reason, and it STILL wouldn't turn on. I don't know how it could have died since it was at like 85%, but still when I got home I hooked it up to the charger and still, nothing is showing up. I know I should try resetting it by holding the sleep/home button, but won't that get rid of my apps, messages and pictures? I really don't want to do that, and i haven't backed my phone up in a while so not a lot of that stuff is saved.

When is LTE coming to my area?

I was wondering when LTE was coming to my specific area which is Vero Beach, Fl. I have an iPhone 5 that has LTE and I want to try it so bad! Btw my carrier is Sprint. So when do you think or did you hear when LTE will be in my specific area. One more question, lets say LTE is in Vero beach, and I travel to Fort. Pierce, how far does LTE travel before you can't get it anymore like the coverage up to how many miles?

Is there a prepaid plan I can use with my 3GS using my AT&T SIM card?

I know that StraightTalk has gone all screwy for us AT&T iPhone users. I really don't want to have to buy a new SIM card from anyone, especially not at the supply-and-demand prices one now faces in the mobile phone world.

If I can keep my number, that'd be just too groovy for words; I don't really expect to be able to though.
