I'm looking for a website where anyone can follow you and rate, comment, and like your pics. I don't have instagram because I don't have an iphone or android. But I want something similar that can be accessed with my pc. Basically something similar to instagram that can be accessed with a pc, and also free. Any help is appreciated, please help.
I have looked at almost all the youtube videos regarding this topic but all of them are a scam, require a stupid password from "Fileice", and/or don't work on my phone for some reason. Please include links if possible and don't bother with the ones that require a password.

My contract for verizion is up and I want to get an iPhone through cricket for just a few months because it has a cheaper and better plan. The problem I'm haveing is that I can't decide between the iPhone 4 and the 4s, I know that the 4s is better but there's a 100 dollar price diffrce between them, so what are the differances between them? Also I has the 4s before and didn't use siri very often so don't include that and lastly I only need this phone for like 4 months until the new iPhone comes out.
I'm getting an upgrade on my phone next week, so the prices on the phones are reduced. The iphone 4 is free and the iphone 4s is 100.

My brother is in an area with great 4g and his phone isn't dead. My Imessages on delivering to him. I'm wondering if he is on a Wi-Fi with no internet or just now turned off his imessaging. I was imessaging him 15 minutes ago and then they stopped delivering. So how can I verify that he is on Wi-Fi or 4g?
Added (1). He has 4g. No question. Is there a way to tell if some1 is on Wi-Fi as opposed to 4g.

Please help me, since my iPhone can't call I got a new iPhone in the mail because of that & I want to still have my old pictures so how do I sync my old pictures onto iTunes? I plugged in my iPhone & I went to photos and it keeps saying something about my photos on my Mac computer but I want to download the photos from my phone onto my computer so that I can plug in my new iPhone later on and sync the photos to it. So please help me?! How do I do this?
I have been saving up for the i phone five for many years now but i'm worried i will get it and like the next day/week/month the even beter i phone 6 could come out (or the 5s) and it would be really helpful if you could estimate the price. Also if you know what some or even one of the feautures are i will lituraly faint with exitment.

A little over a day ago a glass of water fell on my iPhone 5. I was sleeping when it happened so i don't really know how long it was sitting for. We put it in rice right away and when my parents got home we detached the front and left it out to dry, (later did i find out that that wasn't a good idea). This morning we put it back together and it still didn't work. We placed my phone in rice all day and when I got home from school it didn't work. Is my iPhone 5 past saving? Any ideas on how to fix it? All suggestions are greatly appreciated!
