My iPhone 4s was dropped in a pool last weekend, two days after it recovered and was working like normal. Today i started experiencing some problems with the speakers, they tend to work and then not work and then work again. I was wondering what will be some consequences or other issues i might experience and how to solve my speaker problem.
I saw a clip on YouTube of a kid doing it and it works but I forget how to do it. It's like you hold the home button for 5 secs and then the lock button for something?

I have an iPhone 4 and had it for almost a year and a half. When would I be able to upgrade my iPhone? And what would it get upgraded into? Is it free?
For starters, my iPhone 5's down volume key doesn't work. Along with that my sound has been fuzzy. When I'm not having a problems with my sound, I'm having problems with sending messages to non iPhone's and my phone freezing and not being able to turn on. I'm still not done unfortunately, the battery also drains insanely fast and over heats both the phone and cord. My phone has never been this bad. All the problems are new and seem to be happening more and more as the days go by. My phone is covered by the one year warranty but I don't know what that really means. It's not apple care though, it's the standard warranty for all products. My phone hasn't been exposed to water and I haven't dropped it. I'm positive of that. I've only had the phone for 5 months and it's really not fair if they are just going to give me a refurbished one when the problems aren't my fault. I'm taking my phone next weekend to apple but I can't wait for an answer.

Added (1). I don't have apple care though, I just have the normal warranty they give all apple products.
I lost my iPhone 5 and it had no SIM card. Can I still find it?
