Is there any way to restore an iPhone without updating it? I'm running 6.1 and I was wondering also if there's a way to update and restore to 6.1.2. Btw I have tried going on iTunes with different ipsw, holding shift and restoring to 6.1 6.1.1 and 6.1.2 but none work.
I have an iPhone 4 and it sends text messages perfectly fine. It sends pictures only on iMessage! Why won't it let me send pictures when it's just a regular text message (aka when the conversation boxes are green). Not all of my friends have iPhones so I can't send pics through iMessage to them, why won't my pictures go through? It will just say "did not send" or something like that.
I have songs in my iTunes that I want to transfer to my iPhone. I tried this before, but since iTunes updated already, I don't know how to manipulate it. I just want to use the drag and drop method, that would be easy. Some told me to drag the song to the right pane just over the iPhone name, I did, but there's only a plus sign and nothing happened. I need answers right now please, and thank you.
I've just been given my son's old iPhone and I need to get a suitable service which will cover me for some internet access as well as occasional texts and the odd phone call. I'm not a heavy user, so am looking for a PAYG option without having to pay a monthly top up for the little that I use the phone.
I'm currently on Orange, and I believe that the iPhone is locked to Orange (though I guess that could be altered). I would also like to keep my existing number. What options are there - my son suggested O2 or 3.
If I sync my iPhone to my iTunes library on a different computer just for the iTunes library, will everything on the phone be completely erased? Or will just the music be replaced?
In about three weeks, my schools music department is going on a field trip. Early in the morning(6:30am) we're leaving on a 1-2hr bus ride to a high school where the music competition will be held. After that, we have another thirty minute ride to Kings Dominion.
The chorus boys have to perform in their concert attire(tuxedo shirt minus the coat) so we will be bringing our garment bags with a change of clothes for the park. The bus ride home will be two hours in the dark. This is what I'm bringing to pass the time-

I dropped my iPhone 4s down the toilet earlier. The back camera is blurry. The phone itself is working but won't register with iTunes. I've put it in a bag of rice in the airing cupboard to dry out. Do you think this will be enough to bring it back to life?
Ok so I got my iPhone 5. And I'm having battery problems. When my phone is in sleep mode it goes down one to two sometimes three when not even using it. There will be other times when I'm on it just for a couple seconds to check mail and three to four percent go down. If anyone could have some answers that would be great. Just over all not getting the battery life that I should be getting.
