How to fix wet iPhone 4 speakers?

Okay so my iPhone got wet and after that I immediately put it in a container with uncooked rice. After 24 hours I checked my phone and the camera was working but not the speakers. I tried putting it in the rice again but It didn't work. The sound and ringtone is the only thing that isn't working.

I'm on contract with T-mobile, and its 2 year contract with a blackberry! But i've only had it since like july or something! Is it not just possible to transfer my sim card to an iphone? I don't know what to do!

I had over 3k+ tweets on my twitter account so on my iphone, i searched how to clear my tweets and this page had me log into my twitter and it gliched my twitter up. So now my twitter was forcing me out and would load my feed 1 out of every 4 tries. I deleted the twitter app and attempted to redownload it but it loaded so slowly and got stuck on "installing" for 10 minutes, so i turned off my phone, turned it back on and now i have had a black screen with the white apple logo for 10+ minutes. Any help w/o having to go to the provider store?

IPhone 4S No sound unless headphones are in

Spec: iPhone 4s, 16Gb, ios 6.1.3.

Ok so I was listening to music and i paused it, went to play it again and nothing, not even through the headphones, after about 12 hours i got my headphones working again but trying to get volume through my speaker is impossible unless it's my ringtone.

Methods tried:
Clean charging dock ( i tried alcohol spray on a toothbrush, compressed air and a hoover )
Cleaned the jack ( alcohol spray and toothbrush, hoover and compressed air )
Tried a hair dryer incase there was any moisture.
Pushing on the speaker corner.
Restart, restart via power and home button, reset, restore.

If anything these worked for all of 2 seconds and then went back to being silent and no the silent switch isn't on.

Please i'm at the end of my tether and I can't afford a new phone so any new tips would be much appreciated.
