Is my iPhone 5S fried?

I haven't been able to use it in a few months due to it not powering on or showing life whatsoever. I've tried all the button combinations on YouTube and nothing is working. I was so desperate at one point that I put it in the freezer hoping it would magically deplete the bad charge the battery may have had. What happened before the death incident was it started only accepting chargers specifically for the 5S like official chargers and if you tried charging it with a different it would flash the dead screen you get when you need to plug in your iPhone. I have no idea what caused it, it's never been wet or anything, please help and offer me some insight.

I got the iphone 7 a few months ago but I hear that the 8 is coming out soon? This was a gift from my mom and dad for my birthday, but if the 8 is coming out I might just sell it fast and buy the 8. Anyone know?

Will I lose my hearing?

I was trying to listen to a song while a lot a background noise was going on. I was listening on my iPhone and I held it next to my ear so I could hear it better. When the noise stopped, I was surprised of how loud the music was. I held it against my ear for around 2-3 minutes, and now I'm kind of scared that I will lose my hearing in that ear.

I think my iphone has been hacked?

My phone has been constantly heating up and I saw a small flash go off on my camera one night. I got a message saying I owned a warranty of $1,000 from the court apparently. Plus my internet has been running slowly lately. How could this be? I'm seriously freaking out. I just got a new iphone 7 plus and I heard apple is very secure over becoming a victim of hacking. Or I could feel it could just be a virus acting up on my phone. And my battery has been dying very fast lately. Can someone help and should I wipe out my entire phone? Please leave some advice thank you very much.
