How can parental time controls be set on an iPhone?

I'm fourteen years old, and my parents have decided that they want to take my iPhone 4 away nightly and give it back in the morning so that I don't stay up late on it, as I've done before and still do (I know, my fault, I'm not saying their doing so isn't right!). Since I'm willing to behave better and cooperate obediently, I told them I'm completely fine with turning it off myself at nights, but it's not good enough. I don't want to give my phone up because my mother likes to discipline me based on her shaky emotions often, and I'm afraid that if she's not happy with something, she'll just keep it (she doesn't like tell me exactly why she's punishing me and she doesn't specify punishments, basically if my actions overwhelm her she'll act in extremes instead of going by steady guidlines and rules). I know she has every right to, but I'm trying to avoid that in general. I suggested we just put controls on instead, turning it off at 11:00 P. M. But apparently iPhones are stupid and don't use and Smart Limits or things of the like, does anyone know any way to disable Wi-Fi and texting from my phone at a certain time, and turning it back on again at a certain time?

IPhone messages not working correctly?

Well I've been having trouble with the messenger app for a month now… Sometimes the messages won't show up when people send them and I'll get no notification of it. Also, where there should be a red circle with the number of messages I have, it's not there anymore. So I'm constantly guessing if I have texts. I don't know if there's anything to fix it… I've turned it on and off a few times over the course of the month and my software is up to date. I have an iPhone4s… Thanks!
