Alright so my power button on my iphone 4s stopped working (which seems to happen all the time on iPhones i have seen) so i knew that i had the extended warranty and i thought that the warranty would cover it at verizon. So i took it in and they looked at my account and said it would cover the fixing of the button. But then they took it back to take a look at it, came back, handed it back to me and said they couldn't do it.why? Because the water marker indicators WEREN'T THERE. Not just turned the color so that they could tell if there was water damage but they simply were not there.everyone at the verizon store had never seen both of them not being there. I have treated this iphone with great care since i got it 10 months ago. It has never been dropped in water or even exposed to any more moisture than everyday life would have it be. And they went on to accuse me of tampering with it which was ridiculous. Is there anything anyone knows that i can do? I mean has this happened to anyone else? Any advice or anything else i can do to get it fixed would be great thanks. (btw, i'm beginning to hate verizon, everytime i go in for something like this they find something so that the warranty is voided).
