I want to block a certain number from texting me but I want to be able to go back in a week or 2 and turn the app off to see if they have tried to contact me. Or I would like an app that lets them text me but that I can't respond to them. Does anything like this exist?

I recently had a computer crash and lost everything, is there a way I can get my iTunes account to copy all the data on my iPod without using iCloud, I'm using windows 7 and iTunes 11.
So I (of course) have some vidoes on my pc and some from my Zune (for all who don"t know what that is, it is a music player that is similar to the Ipod but in my opinion much better) and I want to put them on my Iphone4. But I don't know how to do it. I don't want to download anything and my videos might not be the right format but I don't know how to change 'em either.
Hi, Many of my friends bought iphone 4s using the technique prescribed below, I'm not sure whether I can buy it in this way, please help me! My friend ordered apple iphone 4s for 99$ under a 2 year contract with at&t, when the product was shipped to india, he unlocked it and is using it it with the local GSM carrier. Is this process safe to buy? I've heard many of my friends are using their iphones like this! I'm willing to get it either!
I recently found my iPhone that has been lost- and can't figure out the password. Do you know how to hack into it? If yes, answer with simple words, because I don't know about all this "syncing" and such, but if you include those words, please put a meaning in parentheses.
I found an iPhone 4 a few days ago but nobody seems to have rang or text the phone so I don't know who it belongs to, there's a password on the phone and after a few failed attempts I still couldn't unlock it.
Are there any ways to unlock it but still keep the data? I google'd how to unlock it but really the only way that seems possible is to put it in "DFU Mode" however this wipes all the data from the phone and that would be useless to me if I'm trying to return it.
I can't go to an Apple store to unlock it as the nearest one is quite a bit out of the way and my parents won't want to drive me just to get the phone unlocked for somebody they don't even know (harsh but true)
I'd like to return the phone to the owner so if anybody knows any way to unlock it without deleting all of the data it would be much appreciated!

Added (1). About the police thing, I'm not above trying to hand it in to the police but from past experience matters like these are rarely seen to, I've had friends and family hand things like phones in but months down the line they still haven't been seen to.
If I had a "hidden agenda" I'm pretty sure I would just do the DFU Mode thing and wipe the phone completely before I keep it for myself, but seeing as I have the iPhone 5 this would be a pointless thing to do
I have an iPhone that I recently found after having lost it for about a year, but now my password is unknown to me. If you happen to know a way to figure out the password, please answer as soon as possible.
Also, the phone keeps having the emergency call option pop up, plus it won't let me enter in the passwords that I'm guessing. It says "iPhone is disabled- connect to iTunes." Help!

I have jailbreak with evasi0n, it was smooth
It said that my phone was ok to go, I was playing with cydia, I downloaded a theme(black color theme) and I turn on the theme with winter board, and both winterboard and cydia is gone,
What I have tried
1.undo the theme in the settings, didn't work
2.rejail break, didn't work
3.reset phone and rejail break, didn't work
4.downloaded putty, says connection refused
5.downloaded redsn0w, can't find my phone in iTunes, didn't work
When I rejail break it says already jailbroken
No need for another time, but when I use my phone, the front I was still there, but my friend said that it wasn't perfectly jailbroken
I'm so sad that I'm like going to cry

If I have headphones in, I'll notice that the vocals come through to the left, and barely the right. I'm guessing I've lost hearing in the right a bit, but I have always listened at a moderate level, and barely go to concerts. When it's walking in general public, I can hear equally from both sides. I did a headphone test, where it checks the specs of headphones. On a particular test it said I should be able to feel vibrations on both sides equally, and a certain frequency, but those were nowhere to be found on my right. It seem like the right is dead, only with headphones in. I did the test on beats (I know they tend to be bad) and I noticed it on the iPhone 5 headphones.Am I going deaf, or is it a headphones issue? I have yet to try other headphones. I clean my ears often as well. Could it be deeper buildup, I know my friend had it.
