I have upgraded my phone and am giving my old iphone 4 to a friend. I don't know how to transfer my contacts so I will have to write them down, delete, then enter them into my new phone. But unless I text every single pic and video from that phone to my new phone, I don't know how to transfer them. Pics that I have taken from my phone are already on my computer but pics I have saved from a text, or saved off a web site I don't know how to transfer from my phone to the computer. The music I will just have to put on the new phone cause it doesn't have itunes so I can't transfer all my itunes music to the new phone. The pics are my main concern though.
I upgraded my phone and am giving my old iphone 4 to a friend of mine but I want to clear EVERYTHING off before hand. I don't know how to reset, restore to factory settings, or clear it, how ever you would label it. Yes I know how to remove my apps, therefore removing anything to do them. But I have had pics, videos, text, and such that I have delete but I want to be sure there's no way she will have access to them. So how do you go about wiping it clean or restoring it to a blank phone?
Me and my boyfriend were messing with eachother today and I changed the passcode on his iphone (we both know eachothers codes.) In fear of him getting revenge and changing my passcode, I changed mine too so he couldnt get into it. Ironically I forgot what I had changed mine to, but remembered what I changed his to! I'm very frustrated, I don't want to restore it and have All of my files etc.deleted! Is there any way that I can unlock it without having all of my stuff deleted?
So here is the problem,
I have an iphone 4s not upgraded to ios 6 software. When i connect it to my car stereo that has built in bluetooth, my phone takes 30-45 seconds to connect usually (which is long… ) but the issue is that when i sit down into my car and use the usb plug and plug it in to the stereo music starts playing but then 30 seconds later when my bluetooth connects it switches my phone to bluetooth mode to play music instead of dock connection. So i want my phone to not switch to bluetooth mode for music but still have my phone connect for calling. The problem is when it switches i have to manually hit a button on my phone to make it use dock connection now and its just a pain… Any advice on how to change a setting on my phone to not switch on me?
When i make new albums from my iphone 4, the photos don't transfer they kind of duplicate to the new album i make, but when i delete the photo from camera rool, it deletes them from both albums.
So it it just a copy or does it take up more memory?
I have a Chinese coworker that would like me to put some Chinese music on her phone that she can use as a ringtone (specifically the theme to shanghai tang) I'm an android user and I've tried everything that would have worked on my phone, but they don't work on hers. I have the files on my phone in mp3 format, it won't let me download directly or transfer it by Bluetooth. This woman can barely speak English, and does not know her apple id or password. I would really like to help her
Out of nowhere, this started happening this morning. It won't let me send any messages, and it keeps receiving the last texts I got over and over as if they're new.
I tried restarting it and resetting it… Help?
I don't want all the pictures and other stuff from my old phone to my new one, but i do want to keep all my music, I'm iphone retarded so i'm sorry if the answer is so obvious.
I need to change my voicemail greeter, and have googled how to do it. Everywhere it says i need to open the phone app, and go to the voicemail menu. But on my phone (iPhone 4), there's no voicemail menu! There's a voicemail button, but when i click on it, it just dials up my voicemail.
