My school has blocked my IP address- it's a long story- and I need to change it to get back onto the Wi-Fi. Someone please tell me how to change it on my MacBook Pro and iPhone 5?

My music won't play outloud on my IPhone

Hi, i recently dropped my iphone 4 in the bathtub. I immediately got my phone, dried it off, and put it in a zip lock bag of dry rice All day. My phone is fine, thank God. But whenever i try to play music out loud it won't play. It still rings whenever someone calls. It won't ring when i get texts though. It won't play music outloud and it won't play the sound when i watch videos. The music and videos play fine when i plug in headphones.has anyone else had this problem? Is there anything I can do? Please Help! Thanks.

Added (1). Could i take it to a local store that fixes iPhones and could they fix my speaker?
