My iPhone 5 won't download iOS 6.1.2

Okay so i'm new to Jailbreak universe, I jailbroked my iPhone 5 few weeks ago, But then i found out Apple has released iOS 6.1.2 so i decided to download it, However everytime i try to download the iOS 6.1.2 it says " Software Update Failed, An error occurred downloading iOS 6.1.2" Does anybody know why am i getting this error? Is it because my Device is Jailbroken? Do we have to uninstall Cydia/Apps/Tweaks in order to download the new Update? I tryed unInstalling Cydia but seems like Winterboard is still there? HOW TO UNJAILBREAK my device?

How to get music from old computer to new iphone 5?

My old computer can't use iTunes 7, it won't install, it's too old. But my new iphone 5 needs iTunes 7 to sync. How do I solve this problem and get my music onto my phone?

Why won't my earpods work with my iphone 3gs?

Put an iPhone 4s on Straight Talk?

I'm planning on buying an iPhone 4s for AT&T. I want to change it to Straight Talk because of the cheap plan. If I never activate the phone when I get it, would I have to pay an Early Termination Fee? If not, then what are ways to get around it?

IPhone is Frozen, Lock Button Broken?

I'm in desperate need of help right now. My recently jailbroken iPhone has frozen and I do not know how to reset it. Normally, if I was in this situation I would simply hold down the lock and home button for 10 seconds and then the apple logo would appear and I would be fine. My lock button is jammed and right now it seems damn near impossible to restart my phone. The strange thing is, my phone is frozen on the camera screen before I'm able to look through the lens and take pictures. But, I'm able to see what apps I have running in the background which is extremely odd. I'm willing to do anything just to get my phone back to operating… I tried restoring to 6.1 firmware using a download from a website with countless firmwares. My last resort is to restore to the latest update and lose my jailbreak which I will only do if no one answers this cry for help. So in a nutshell, how do I restart my phone without a lock button?

If I put my iPhone's SIM card into a different iPhone, will it work?

I have an iPhone 4 and the vibrate stopped working. My dad just bought an iPhone 4 and it has no SIM card yet or anything. It's just at the factory settings. Can I put my SIM card into that phone? Will I have all of the same contacts and things? Will it still work? Then can I give my dad my iPhone and he can buy a SIM card and set up his plan on that phone?
