How To Upload A Video From My Computer Onto My iPhone?

So I filmed a bunch of clips on my iPhone and then uploaded them onto my computer so that I could make a music video. I edited them all together on windows live movie maker. The final music video is now saved on my computer, but I want to upload it onto my phone. I want it to be in my photo album but I don't know how to do it? Is there a way to do this without downloading any type of programs?

My mum changes her number so I swapped it in my contacts book, deleted her old number and added her new one.

However when I go to text her old number still appears next to her name.

How to get rid of iMessage receive number?

My phone broke, so my sister decided to temporarily use the plan on her iphone 4 until i got my phone fixed. When i got my phone back, i noticed everyone with an iphone that sent me messages would get to her iMessage. It's still set to receive my number. How could i remove that without resetting the phone, as she does not want to do that.
