Are any webcams compatible with Windows 8?

I have just purchased the Microsoft VX-3000 webcam (£20, excellent reviews) for use with the Skype app on my brand new Windows 8 PC. To my annoyance, I found it does not work and there are no simple solutions. I have tried searching for Windows 8 webcams and all I have found is hundreds of people with compatibility issues. If the iphone is capable of running a Skype video call, why can't I get my very expensive PC to do it? Does anyone know of any webcams at a reasonable price that work with Windows 8?

Iphone saves old numbers under same contact?

I have an iphone4 and whenever an old contact gives me their new number i replace it. However, when i go to send that person a message a drop down appears with their old number included. How can i get it to stop remembering the old number bc if they change their number often i could have several to choose from and may not remember which one is the new one

I recently got my friends iphone 3g, it's my first time using it and i tried downloading apps on the app store, it says: "This app is incompatible with this iphone", how come? Is it because i'm using a 3g iphone? Can i do something to be able to download apps?

I want to sell my iphone 4 8gb brand new in box never opened, i've seen videos on youtube where people buy the phone rip out parts and send it back to you and you get screwed due to the return policy.

My sister is buying me a iphone for my birthday (i preferably want the iphone5), but my parents are switching to tmobile prepaid (tmobile doesn't have iphones. ) and i just wanted to know if i could put the straight talk iphone on tmobile. I know how to place the tmobile sim card in straight talk iphone i just want to know if the iphone will accept it.
