Hello so I sold my old iPhone 6 to a person in my neighborhood a few weeks ago and recently my phone has had trouble connecting to Wi-Fi and my cellular data. Is it possible that my iPhone is being interfered with by my old one? If so should I ask him to reset his network settings or something? P.s. He lives fairly close to me.

My phone randomly stopped playing YouTube videos. It just shows that it is loading and never play. I have great Wi-Fi connection. Every other app including Netflix runs smoothly. It doesn't work on the app or browser. I cleared the cache on my browser. I reset my phone. My phone and the app are updated completely. I have no idea what to do.
I looked a little and seems they have strict policy on it. But, also said they changed it. I'm going to buy a iPhone SE from eBay.

Added (1). I moved from android to iphone today and when I downloaded the HSBC app there's no button to generate codes. Where do I do this?

I'm so frustrated with my iPhone 6s Plus it will not connect to any Wi-Fi. I've rested and restored this phone so many times I don't know what to do. I've only had this phone since last August and virtually no damage to it. It's still under apple 1 year warranty.
