Help dealing with a friend?

I let my "friend" borrow my old IPhone 6 (I have a 7). Even though my old iPhone isn't activated I still use it to play games so I don't waste battery life on my main phone.

School ends Wednesday, and I ask him everyday for it back, and he keeps giving me excuses like "I'm trying to find it" or "I'm going to let it charge the whole day" and then after the excuses he stops reading the texts I send him.

I wanted to tell him that my dad was gonna call the police to retrieve it back but I don't know if that's a thing (I have proof I own it) and I don't know what else to do.

My iphone will not connect to my home Wi-Fi. It can connect to any other network with no problems

All my other devices at home connect with no problem, but once i updated my phone it won't connect here. I've reset the router, my network settings, forgot this network, even wiped out my phone and it still won't work. I changed the dns several times. Sometimes that works for a little while, but then eventually stops. What the hell?

Moving pictures from laptop to my iPhone?

I own an iPhone 7 and need to transfer an art piece I made over to it from my laptop (HP Windows 10) but I need to do it while I'm not connected to the internet. A storm knocked out our cable and internet so I can't email the picture to myself or use iTunes. Is there any way of transferring the photo over using my phone cable? Or any other way?

Front camera randomly flashing. IPhone 7 plus

So there are no notifications, and no saved pictures from this happening. It does not happen all the time. I've had people tell me the phone could be hacked. My previous phone was an android and it WAS hacked by someone that my creepy ex paid to hack into my personal info. My phone company told me that iPhones are harder to hack and yet the front camera will randomly start flashing, every few minutes for sometimes up to and hour, and then it will not do it for about a week, then start again. But there's no rhyme or reason. I have started covering up the front camera while I'm using the phone. While its covered, nothing else flashes. What the heck is happening? Is my new phone already hacked? What can I do?

Can an average person see your location when you send an email using your iPhone?

I'm just curious. I will not be using Wi-Fi as that can be tracked using an IP address but will be strictly using my data package.

Added (1). btw, i mean average person as in you and me. Not some incredible top-notch security investigation.

People with iPhones, is it worth paying for AppleCare+?

I'm goig to buy the iPhone 7 soon, but I was just wondering if it is even worth to pay for AppleCare+? To people who have payed for it and used it, do you think it was worth it?

So a week ago my friend was playing this game and I can't remember the name of it. There were trapeziums in different colours and you would have to make all of the trapeziums the same colour. It's on iPhone.
