Can't access my mail account on pc after opening it on iphone, the password wizard keeps on asking for secret question( cousin's name) and i can't remember and the alternate email address is not matching, i remember my pet's name and password but not cousin's name.
I know the cable works because it recognised tablet to pc and i know wall charger works because i can charge my iphone from it. I've tried the frezer trick, charging from pc overnight but both don't work. The tablet is now at 0% and it turns on when i connect to wall but it doesn't charge, and when i disconnect from charger it shuts down. Please can i get some serious helpful answers.

The other day my iPhone 4s got water damaged and I took it into the apple store and they gave me a new one. But now I need to know how to get all my old photos/contacts/apps/everything back. I was wondering if it's stored in the computer or iTunes somewhere? I'm not sure if I backed it up but I synced it like all the time. I'm not too computer savvy sorry, please help.

So today I wanted to update all my Cydia tweaks. It went well, until all of a sudden when it was finished and I tried tapping the restart springboard, it was frozen. I hard shut it, and when I turned it back on, it was frozen on the Apple logo screen.
Someone please tell me how to resolve this without me erasing the whole phone. I never made a back-up restore, so if someone know a different way to solve this please tell me.
So please avoid telling me to use recovery mode, because I won't erase my whole phone.
