The keyboard clicks, when Snapchat videos play back, or when I'm playing music on Spotify, the sound comes out of the ear piece speaker. Can I make it so it comes out of the bottom speaker like it does on iPhone 6?

The newsfeed bit on Facebook isn't working and just comes up with a sign saying 'no stories to show' but everything else on the Facebook app is working fine. I've tried logging out and back in and I've also deleted the app and reinstalled it. My home Wi-Fi is working and everything else is working fine on my phone but I can't try to use without Wi-Fi as I have no data - incase it has anything to do with that.
How do I get it working again?
