My friend signed into their iTunes on my iPhone when they were done i went to sign back into mine it says i'm signed in but when i try to download an app it brings up their email as if they are still signed in i don't know what to do Help!

I just broke my iPhone about 2 weeks ago and have had a waste of space phone that absolutely sucks! My upgrade is on March 9th so I was wondering if I could upgrade right now since I'm so close to the end of my 2 year contract?
I dropped my iPhone 4S in the toilet and everything is working perfectly but the sound. The sound was working good after but after I plugged it inside a music doc it stopped working and it won't let me adjust the volume. The Siri noise is working and alarm. Just my music isn't and youtube.
I recently just bought an iphone 4 over a week ago. I want to jailbreak it though using redsn0w. I have no experience jail breaking but it seems as if there's only a few step by step procedures by doing so. What will I lose by jailbreaking? Is there any change of this permanently damaging my phone? Is redsn0w safe? Is it worth it? What are the risks I'm taking?

Well it recently stopped working, but I just placed my sim card in my mom's old iPhone 3GS.
I want to know how to move all my contacts, apps, and pics from my old iPhone to my current one (my moms) Although I want to try and not delete any of my moms stuff on here either. I have tried EVERYTHING icloud, itunes and nothing is working.
I don't know if its because when it shows up on the computer its under my moms name or what?

At&t is to ***ing expensive and I need to turn off my texts. I see how to turn of MMS but not SMS. Somebody said go to General>Messages, but there's nothing that says Messages in my General settings.
Added (1). Correction. I do see Messages, but not anything where i can turn of SMS
My 2 year contract on at&t using iphone 4s is about to expire and I'm thinking of continuing with the prepaid plans. Is it possible to use the iphone 4s that i got from at&t to use on the at&t prepaid plan with data?
If I were to buy an iphone 4 or 4s, could I buy them and just run them off of wi-fi? Basically I want to use them as an iPod touch but I just think iPhones look better. Could I "activate" it by using a false SIM card?
