Yesterday I received an iPhone 7 red 128gb which I purchased from https://smarter-phone.co/uk/
The item I purchased was listed as in "premium condition" which states that this item has no signs of use or wear, no scratches, dents, knocks etc… I went with Premium condition as this was a gift.
Upon opening the item I noticed scratches across the length of the screen, a small doesn't on the rear along with a faded circle patch. Refer to images.
I've left 4 messages and sent 2 emails and have not yet received a response.
Their returns policies are shocking as they only allow 14 days from the date of purchase to return the item, even though it takes over a week to be delivered!
I've now seen hundreds of negative reviews on this company, all stating that the items are always wrong, not to the quality as advertised, lack of customer support, etc…
I'd like to get some info on how to potentially sue them for my money back if all other methods of resolution fail.
Any help would be appreciated!
