Is my iPhone's battery officially screwed?

Last night, I was charging my iPhone battery overnight. This morning, I woke up to it - it was still charging, but the screen was on that low battery screen. It's still on the low battery screen right now - even though it is still charging.

Does that mean my iPhone's battery is officially screwed?

Sim card no supported

I bought a iPhone 7 mobile, but my sim card is no supported it says, how can I get it unlocked without going to a shop? I've contacted my company but it will take a week to sort out, I don't have a unlock sim either, there must be something I can do to unlock this surly

Verizon Account opened not in my name?

I hope someone here can help me, I'm a bit freaked out and would like some advice.

I'm not a Verizon customer, but I recently received a bill from Verizon. Or, what looks to be Verizon. I got one additional letter dated 6/27/19 which claimed that I opened new lines and that I hadn't used them. They said to contact 866-451-1237 at my earliest convenience, but this doesn't seem to be a Verizon # according to various scam websites. Or so I would've said, but I found that number on community.verizonwireless.com posted by vzw_customer_support.

What freaks me out is that I got a bill for two new lines and it's due TOMORROW (7/3). It's my name and address, or what was my address once (I've since moved states and it was sent to my parents, who didn't open it until an two hours ago because of their own travel). From what I can tell, it's really only giving me the options that would go to Verizon so I fear it may be legit. I'm a student with no money, so obviously I wouldn't order two iPhone XSes for 1249.99/24 months each. The account # on both letters matches, and there's an invoice #.

So… Any advice on what to do now? I've tried contacting the Fraud dept. But they're closed for the night. I've tried talking to some human to even see if this is legit… But I can't get around needing a PIN number WHICH I DO NOT HAVE. I'm going to go to some store tomorrow with screenshots of the letters and will try the fraud dept. Tomorrow but anything else I should know?
