The icon just keeps bouncing, then a box comes up with just an okay button, no writing or anything, just an okay button, if i uninstall and reinstall it will my music be deleted? And if it does can i put my music from my iphone back onto it.uninstalling would be a last resort

I have an iPhone 3gs, updated to 6.1, that I'm using for Straight Talk. The texting, calling, and Wi-Fi work but not data nor mms. I jailbroke it, used Tetherme from Cydia, entered all of the APN settings correctly several times (for Tetherme and Network), tried using unlockit.co.nz. I have watched several videos, read several forums and blogs, went to Straight Talk's site, went to the Straight Talk iPhone Wikipedia site, and so on. I have tried everything that I can find online. Why will nothing work?
If I get an iphone 1st gen would I be able to use it with Straight Talk services? I've seen it said that it can be used with newer iphones, but would it still work with the 1st gen?
I know I would have to get a SIM card from Straight Talk for it to work, just would like to know if it would work with the 1st gen iphone.
Today I got a text from Verizon saying that it is time to upgrade my phone, which I'm excited because I thought I had to wait to April. Anyways, how much do you think (if anything) would it cost to upgrade to an Iphone 4? I would look on the website, but I do not have the password. I'm trying to smoothly bring up me getting me an iphone or even a better phone. My dad has an idea that 17 years old should not & do not have iphone/smart phones, when in reality 12 year olds do.
I'm not talking about zombie games, I'm talking about games such as Heavy Rain for the PS3 or The Walking Dead on the iPhone App Store. I'm on about games where your actions effect what happens during the game.

I have a digipower fm transmitter and bumper. I downloaded the app from the apple app store that goes with it for my iPhone that's called "FM Bumper Case." I can charge my phone through the case perfectly fine. However, whenever I open the app and turn the bumper case on the app tells me it's connecting but never seems to connect! Does anyone know how to fix this? What should I do?!
I don't know how it happened, but somehow this bit of tissue got into the headphone jack of my iPhone 4. When I tried to get it out it just went right to the bottom of the jack. Now I have tested with my headphones and they still do work. But I don't really like having this bit of tissue stuck in the jack itself, is there anyway I can get it out and would it be safe to leave it in there?
So I just purchased a factory unlocked Iphone 4s from Apple the other day. I was able to get the micro sim card, activation kit and $30.00 pre-paid plan offered on T-Mobile.com and set up the iphone with no problem. The only issue that I'm having is that the data speed while at work is so slow -- like 2G speed, that I can't stream Pandora or anything while at work. Went to the T-Mobile store and the rep there said that they are upgrading their towers and if I could be a little patient things should be better for service. In the meantime, I discovered that Straight Talk has a unlimited $45.00 plan, but I'm scared to cross over if it's going to be more of the same and I'm hearing that Straight Talk does not have MMS functionality for all iphone users. Should I keep T-Mobile Prepaid or cutoff and switch to Straight Talk Prepaid? I thought switching to an unlocked phone would save me some money since under contract with Sprint would cost $80.00/month compared to prepaid with an unlocked phone costing around 30-45.00/month, but I still want the data capablity as if I was under contract. Your advice is greatly appreciated.
