Does the iphone 4s come with a sim card?

Today I just ordered an iPhone 4s from the at&t store. I currently have a 3GS and was wondering if the 4s came with the micro sim card or do I have to buy one?

I have two questions please.

I'm currently in London and I'll be in the US (NYC) next week and I want to buy an unlocked iPhone 4s for my brother in Morocco.
I'm sending the iPhone with my American friend who is visiting Morocco and will be staying with my family.

So, my questions are:

1) Is the iPhone 4s available in any Apple store in NYC? Would I just go and buy it or should I reserve it days/weeks before?

2) Will my brother in Morocco need to do anything for the iPhone to work properly (like activating it) or it will just work automatically since it's unlocked?

I saw some videos on youtube about people activating their iPhone needing Wi-Fi and some of them were not successful. I just wanna make sure that everything's gonna be all right cause it's a long way.

How to make and iphone 4s stop working?

Okay so I have a iphone 4s that is still under warranty and it keeps glitching or just dosnnt work properly and every week or so something happens this week the battery just got stuck at 1% and if I would restart it it wouldnt turn on till I charged it even if i charged it for a couple of hours i tried different chargers and no change
So i took it to the apple store and asked them if they would fix it and they just friken restored it and there like its fine

so just wonder if there's a way to destroy the firmware or the insides without opening or physically damaging it or doing anything that would void the warrenty.

My iPhone 4S not playing music or making any sound when someone texts me?

When someone rings me it does go off but when someone texts me it won't. Nore will play music. My phone is not on silent. I've turned it off and on several times. When I put my headphones In it will play music when I take my headphones out and play it again it won't make any sound. Any suggestions?

Added (2). @whatcity225. Nah hasn't Been moved. It's on loud which it should be. Got told to reset my phone but if I do would everything go? Including pics, vids, contact ect?

I just cracked my iphone 5 screen when it fell out my jacket pocket. How can I get it replaced? Where can I go, and how much do you think it will cost? By the way, it's an 8 gig black verizon iphone 5 without the insurance.

IPhone camera effects for android?

I seen this photo effect on some social media websites, and i believe it is only available for iphones. I don't know if it is a built in effect for the iphone or if it is from a secondary app. It kinda has the hdr effect but better and it kinda makes the people look somewhat cartoonish.

Is there photo app for android that has the iphone's photo effects.
I use picsart now.
