So I just moved (and added) all my music to a new laptop, but when I go to the songs on my IPhone, it won't let me delete, move or do anything with them. And I can't add the music from my library to my phone, why is this?
I just went on holiday and and all my really nice photos were on my iphone. I went to go and backthem up on itunes and my phone froze after that i had no option aprt from removing my phone from the plug. My phone just wouldnt switch on and after it did all my photos had dissappered and i could not get them back. Does anybody have any way of me getting them back i really need to they're are really special to me.
I was looking at iphone skins and they are so expensive. So i was considering printing my own skin with sticker paper, and then putting it on my iphone. Would this damage the phone?
I recently just bought the new iPod touch, 5th generation. I set up iMessage. If I send a message to one of my friends using iMessage to their iPhone, how does it appear on their screen? Like does it say it's from my email address? Or is it already under my contact #? (I don't have an iPhone) haha thanks for helping out!
My 70 year old neighbor is giving me her AT&T upgrade because all she uses are flip phones she doesn't like touch phones. I originally wanted to get an iPod Touch 64GB but I would rather get the iPhone because if down the line I decide to use AT&T or a GSM provider I will already have a phone. My plan is to use her upgrade and buy a iPhone, but not activate it, I'm just going to use it as an iPod for now, maybe in the future I might use it as a phone. Can I do this? I know it will extend her contract another 2 years but she says she likes AT&T. WIll they charge her anything extra because the iPhone was never activated?
I don't want to print color or pictures I just want it for printing ebay receipts. Nothing just simple mailing address/receipt. Things from ebay. I cracked my screen and I know I purchased the AppleCare plan. I just don't know how to access it. I lost my receipt purchasing the iPhone and the AppleCare at Sprint.
I want to send my iPhone in for service without having to pay for it because the AppleCare covers it.

Wel my mother just got an iPhone 4s and she wants to transfer the music from her old phone to her iPhone. After struggling to figure out how to get my computer to read the card reader that I put my mom's sim in, now the sim card has come up and I can see all the data files. Now I've run into another problem. Most of the music files, downloaded from the Sprint store (legally purchased) are in folders.koz. I've never even heard of that before. A couple of the songs that were downloaded elsewhere… Are in normal mp3 format. How can I convert koz to mp3? I've googled plenty of times, with no luck. No ehow.com links please, it didn't work. My mom spent $300+ on these songs and definitely doesn't want to have to repurchase them…
