My iphone isn't working AT ALL

So i was on my iphone 4 on the app instagram.suddenly the instagram screen turned black but i could still see my Wi-Fi, time, and battery icons up top. I tried to exit the app by pressing my home button but it didn't do anything. Then I tried to turn my phone off but it wouldn't turn off. THEN I tried to lock it by pushing the lock button and the entire screen went black, but it didn't go to lock screen. I pressed the lock button again and it went right back to the black Instagram screen. My phone won't do anything except stay on that screen and I'm like freaking out so help As soon as possible!

Added (1). And i also force restarted it already and it wouldn't do that

IPhone battery says its charging but it's not

When I plug my iPhone in it makes the noise and has the lightning bolt on the battery and says its charging. When I plugged it in last night it was at 19% and when I woke up it was at 15%. This happened to me a few days ago so I made an appt with the apple store. The day I was supposed to go it started charging again. But I still went to make sure nothing was wrong. When we told the apple store about the problem they checked the battery an said it was healthy. Then the guy said my twitter app was running in the backround even when you terminated it. Causing the battery to not charge. So when I got home I erased the twitter app and my phone was fine. Now it's not charging again. And my batteries healthy. I don't know what to do. Someone please help As soon as possible!

Why is the iphone 5 (& even the iphone 4) so expensive?

I need a new mobile phone as I have a very old nokia. I have been looking at getting an iphone as lots of people at work are saying how good it is. However, I can't believe how pricey it is. I only want a phone for texting and phoning and maybe doing a bit on the internet and a few apps. I may just get the nokia lumia as it seems cheaper and the reviews look good. Has anyone got any advice and also can someone please explain why the iphone is so expensive?

How to get my Modern War account back?

Ok so i upgraded my iPhone 3G to a 4G when i set up my new phone and got all the stuff from my old one i had to start over on Modern War at level 1 i was thinkin hey this is cool two MW Accounts.yeah right. I can't access my old one everytime i go to open the app it crashes 2sec later. I meed some help cuz i spent money on this game and i'm level 150 something. I also tried the cloud ot didn't work cuz the 3G isn't capable with it.

How to get videos to play on certain websites on my iPhone?

When I try to watch videos on the many websites such as the following, it doesn't play on my phone:

It has nothing to do with my Wi-Fi connection b/c even when I use GB it doesn't work. Youtube plays just fine.

Iphone 3gs no screen light up?

I once dropped my mother's iphone down, and then suddenly the screen wouldnt light up, although the phone was still on. When we took it out to get it fixed, the man was honest and repaired it for 15$ and told us that the screen was just not connected. All of this occurred out when we were in a foreign country. Unfortunately, my mom dropped the iphone againwhen we got back here, and same problem occurred, however, the repairsmen here are dihonest, and they asked me for 100$ because 'all the screen was permanently damaged'
how can i fix this? Anybody have any idea? Please?

My iphone 5 battery is so poor?

I brought my iphone a week ago and the battery doesn't even last a full day! It lasts about 7 hours then dies! Why is this? I've turned everything off i could and restored it but still causing me problems? Could someone please help?

How to activate Wi-Fi in iphone 4s?

When i connect to Wi-Fi in my iphone 4s, it shows me the Wi-Fi network. But when i choose that specific network instead of asking for password it asks for username and password. When i give the same, it says incorrect. But am entering the correct credentials for sure.

Unable to connect Iphone or Ipod to wireless router?

I have a Belkin Wireless Router and it easily connects the main computer and my laptop to the network but with Iphone and Ipods it doesn't connect. The network appears up on the ipod and the password i enter is definitely right but it says that its unable to connect. Any ideas on how to fix it? And if its technical please try make it as easy to understand as possible!
