I have an iPhone SE and I'm wondering how to save it as a video in your camera roll istead of it being a still image. Like I want it to be able to just press play and it plays as like a few second video. How do I do that?

Added (1). I dropped my phone in water and dried it. It was working for at least a day but after that it wouldn't turn on. So then I took it to the shops and now I can use it but it won't charge at all. Can someone help please?

The first time happened when I walked onto the bus. I didn't have my headphones in and my phone dtsrted making a smoke alarm-type sound. The second time also happened on the but when I was listening to music without headphones and everybody told me to turn it off and it went away when I paused my music. Keep in mind there were 2 different songs. The last one that happened was just now when I had headphones in. I fear my phOne may be tapped.
