Constant page reloading and overheating on my iPhone 5s. Any tips?

When I watch videos, the sounds will sometimes become glitched for a second and that ll somehow cause my Safari app to reload the page. Overheating also and only happens when I watch videos on the Safari app (I can still watch videos and listen to music on the YouTube app and there will not be any overheating issues at all). I tried deleting apps on to lower battery consumption usage; turned off background apps, locating settings, Bluetooth, and cellular data. I also did a bunch of other stuff which should ve fixed this problem like updating… But to no avail. I need to know what the problem is and what I can do to fix it… Thanks. ^-^

Iphone backed up different data and now all my data from before is gone how do I get it back?

So I hooked up my Iphone into the computer so I could put music on my Itunes and it said it didn't recognize the Iphone and that I should sync…'s Iphone on it. And I had the same name on it and I thought it was saying that my current icloud things needed to be synced but apparently it meant the last time I synced my Iphone on it when I had nothing on it, and it said to back it up and so i backup to find that all my **** is gone and that what it was like when I first synced it with nothing pretty much on it add synced on my phone and now all my **** is gone but the apps on it aren't. My hpotos, contacts, texts, call, everything expect the apps from the app store are gone. How do I get what was on before back.

Is my iPhone 6S okay?

It was in water for at least 5 minutes. I took out the SIM card and the liquid indicator is white.

Added (1). I put it in uncooked rice for about 20 hours and it's still in there.

Why can I almost never find things I've lost?

Maybe I'm just forgetful and don't remember where I've put things, but sometimes it gets ridiculous. One time I lost my charger for my iPhone. I knew it was somewhere in my living room. I looked for at least 15 minutes near every outlet, in every drawer, on the bookcase, near the TV, nothing. And I kid you not, my mother comes to help and literally finds it in 5 seconds, on the sofa. Not like in between cushions, just sitting on the middle cushion. I swore it wasn't there before, but I guess it was? I mean, am I blind? I don't know if this story really matters, but its just an example of me not knowing where anything is. Honestly, i'm not even sure if there's a way to solve my problem. But if there's any way anybody can help its appreciated.
