My sister and I got new iPhone 5's for Christmas but we don't know how to use facetime.
How do I call someone with facetime?
Every time I try calling my sister with facetime, I can only see my own face and not hers. So how do I get to see her face and not mine?
I got a second hand iphone 3gs yesturday and it came on ios3 i think and i want to update it because i can't get the apps i wanted! I don't have a sim in it yet but it was working fine yesturday before i tried to restore and update it to ios6 and now all it comes up is "activation error, activation request could not be completed, try again later or contact customer service". I have turned it off an back on, iv tried to start over and when i plugged it into itunes it came up the same message so i can't do anything with it.
I was wondering if the sound (audio) quality of the iPod Touch 5th generation is the exact same as the iPhone 5's.
Or is one's audio quality (for music) any better than the other?
Does anyone know the answer to this question? I couldn't find a direct answer on Google.
Also in general how good is the sound quality of the iPod Touch 5th generation/ iPhone 5? Has the sound quality improved at all over previous models?
I got an iPhone 5 for Christmas, and I need a docking station for it. I currently have a Sony docking station, that has a 30 pin attachment.So, if I attached the Lightning to 30-pin Adapter to the Sony alarm clock docking station, would it charge? And would audio still work in the speakers?
I found an iPhone 4 without a SIM card. If my own SIM card from my own phone can fit, will I be able to use it? My current phone is not a smart phone, so if I used the internet on the iPhone, would I still be charged for it?
I just updated my Facebook app like two days ago and it just shows a white screen flash and goes back to the home screen when I try to open it. I even uninstalled the app and re-downloaded it. I also restarted my phone, and still the same thin happens. Any way to fix it?! Everything else on my phone works just fine!

I have the most updated iTunes and iPhone 5 software. I use to be able to click and drag music from my iTunes to my iPhone on the sidebar, but i can't do that anymore and i can't figure out how to transfer my music.has anybody figure it out?
Ok, so i accidentally went into a hotub with my iphone 4 and then i put it in rice for 2 days and it worked, then recently it started getting really hot and dying fast. So i went to apple and they said it was corrosion or something, so for christmas i just got a new iphone 4, beecause they took my old one and asked for 170$. Anyways i turned the new phone on and it was already at 50% battery, so i went to charge it. When it was on the charger it was normal temperature but when i take it off it gets hot! Just like my old phone! And the battery dies fast! My mom said i was supposed to let it die and then charge it to 100% battery but i didn't know that. What should i do its a day old can i get a new one if i take it to apple with the receipt?
Ok, so firstly I really do not want to sound ungrateful and to be honest, I'm in fact very grateful.
Ok so basically today I received an iPhone 5 for Christmas from my Mum, I was really shocked because I really wasn't expecting it! This is mainly because ever since the iPhone 5 was released I'd been saying how much I don't like the new iPhone (just my opinion).So it was really awkward & I had to put on a happy face.
Anyways before today I already had an iPhone 4 & I really would prefer to keep it rather than swap to the 5. But I don't want to tell my mum this because I know she will be upset & think I'm being ungrateful! But I want to save her money. But I know she won't see it this way.
What should I do?
