Will an unlocked iphone 5 work on tmobile, how?

I'm looking into getting an iphone5 this year and don't want to pay 80$ every month on an att/verzion/sprint plan. Would i be able to get an unlokced iphone 5 an get a tmobile sim? Also… Do all the plans tmobile have work for the iphone5? Or are there specific expensive ones that only work for the iphone5.

What is a good sim card that you can use on an Unlocked Iphone 4S?

When i say good i mean one that has fast internet and that gets good service most of the time because right now I have a T-mobile sim card on my Unlocked Iphone 4s and I don't like that service because the internet is slow most of the time and I loose service most of the time.

I currently own a droid razr maxx on Verizon. I want to switch to an iphone. Not a 5. Can I buy an old Verizon iphone that people sell and just transfer everything over? I'm assuming I would have to deactivate my current phone and activate the other one. How do I go about doing this?
