My 14-year old brother, who is very obsessive, is obsessed about things like computer parts, laptop, PS4, iPhone etc. He told my mother to bring them, but she refused. He gets very aggressive and he harassed my mother and made her cry. Is it right for a person to harass a parent or someone?
Ever since the latest firmware update, my touch id is no longer working. Whenever I try turning on "iPhone Unlock" or even "iTunes and App Store" under Touch ID and Passcode, it would show me the message "Unable to Complete Touch ID setup. Please go back and try again. " Already tried hard reset, restore settings and even erasing all my files and setting into a new iPhone, but Touch ID still isn't working. Anyone else have this problem?
My son 14, failed math in the PSSA exams this year.
He did good in everything but math, so I told him he's going to be in huge trouble. After talking to my husband we decided to ground him for a year.

No iPhone 7 Plus. ( we're putting blocks on it so he can only call family and 911 ) I'm also changing our router at the house because I know he can use Wi-Fi even tho I have his phone shut down

Early bedtime of 9:30 every night
In summer his bedtime will be 8pm
He is allowed to go to Disneyland and Pompano beach with us this year, but I'm limiting the number of rides he can ride at Disney. Also he will have nothing to do on the long drive( were from Pennsylvania )
No getting the iPhone 8 in September
No birthday presents
No seeing fire works on July 4
No seeing friends
No seeing his girlfriend. I'm actually making him breakup with her
No pop
No candy
No going outside this summer. Everyday his 2 sisters aged 12 and 16 will come in his room in their bikinis and tell him how much fun they had in our brand new in ground pool.
No going to Pirates of the Caribbean in May
No lego sets in June
No girlfriends until he's 18.
Is this ok or are we too harsh?
So I have the Cartelwheel app for my phone and I have an iPhone SE (one of the earlier models because I prefer small over bigger sized). And I got the app for Free.
So when I try to get it for my mom's phone, she has an iPhone 6 or 6S, it shows that it costs money because in the App Store, it says: "Get" and when I click on that, it's asking to verify the account before making a purchase & after clicking "Get," the only 2 options I get w/the pop-up: "Cancel" or "Buy."
For my phone, I'll see a little cloud with a down arrow meaning Install & that's how I know that the particular app I want is indeed Free. But the same thing happens for me where if there's an app I'm interested in & it says get, the only options there are: "cancel or buy."
I remember Target's Cartwheel app has been Free for a really long time, so how come the app isn't Free anymore when trying to download/install? In terms of apps, I thought all iPhones were the same, but I guess not.

My boyfriends best friend has this computer program. My boyfriend asked me (on my iphone) to go to settings, general, and about and screenshot the information. He asked me for the Serial Number.
he did this because he was fishy about me lying and he said he paid like $200 to this guy to literally see all my erased photos, erased messages, erased contacts and phone calls or all my pictures in general just literally my whole phone and the worst part is that he can see everything i've ever deleted even before we dated.
i know it's true because he told me he found things i've deleted before i was with him so it is a real thing.
My point i'm trying to ask is please can someone please help me to find a way for him not to be able to do that again. I see in my setting it says in "Reset" "Erase All Content and Settings". But i looked it up and it says that that doesn't erase the actual phone. I just need it to be where he can't see the stuff i've deleted or a way where i can change my phones serial number or something with the serial number, please i'm honestly desperate its driving me crazy.
