All of my iPhone contacts have been bloked I have a k9 app on my computer and a find my iPhone app and the app store is disabled I need to know if restoring the iphone would unblock all the blocked numbers if I tried calling them after restoring it?

So I got the iPT5G and love it having the features of the iPhone 5, my contract on my iPhone 3G is expired and want to close it.
I have heard of two options, something about FreedomPop making it your own Wi-Fi hotspot or a USB modem. Can anyone explain how either of those would work, would it work at all?
So last night I dropped my iphone maybe a foot and a half off of my bed (it has a case and I've done way worse) and it turned off. When I turned it back on there was a line through the bottom of the screen (no cracks) and a centimeter thick grayish-white bar through the length of the screen, with a black blob (I'm assuming where impact was) at the bottom. The guy at the Apple Store said they'd have to replace the whole phone which I can't afford. Is there ANYTHING I can do to fix this? I'm afraid it's getting worse, Please help!
I'm not sure if it is just at home or else where aswell, I haven't tested that yet, but I have really sucky Wi-Fi at home (i think it's the router modem thingy). But it only uses 3G. In the settings it says it is on my Wi-Fi network, but up in the corner it says 3G. Anyone know what's wrong?
Ijust git an iphone 3 weeks ago and I want to keep it coverless until at least 2 months have passed. By then I will probably be really careless with the phone and manage to break it. I did something like this with my iPhone 4. I had it coverless for the whole time and after 5 months I cracked its back. I need some suggestions for some good, thin, and stylish cases. Please do not suggest otterbox. I never liked their bulky cases.
I have an iPhone 4, and I just got a Macbook, I'm trying to figure out how to copy the music from my iphone to my itunes without deleting it! Some of the music i have is from CD's or Downloads so all of it is not purchased, Can someone help me out, google/Youtube have helped me none.
My dad recently has been getting my texts instead of me. If i change itunes accounts will that solve the problem? I also have a few other questions.
1. Will all my music and pictures be transported?
2. Will my iphone still have icloud connected to my old itunes account? (Like will the new music I buy on my new account still transfer to my old account, if so, how do I stop that from happening.
3. Will my dad still get my texts?
I have a problem with my iphone. I had to restore it cause I was having problems with it. But now its stuck in recovery mode. And every time I try to restore it I get an error message. Is there a way to fix this problem?
My lil nephew loves to play on my I phone when it comes to games. So I'm trying to get idea what is something like a iPhone that has games on it with out having to play a monthly bill for it.
