I have recently been given a iphone4s (16gb white) and i want to put my blackberry contract SIM card in it. I have over a year left on my contract and i don't want to cancel it. Can i just i put my contract SIM in the iphone or do i have to get a new contract?

I just turned my iphone on and there's this notification that says "This iphone hasn't been backed up. Backups happen when this iphone is plugged in, locked and connected to Wi-Fi." i pressed ok but it won't go away, it's like my touch has no effect on the phone. I tried turning it off but when it says slide to turn off the screen won't follow my finger. I have no idea how to fix this.
How can I buy a 5 with no contract? I want to buy one, but my 4s ends in a year and a half. So when this 4s ends could I activate the 5? And how can I buy the 5 without a contract if I can?

For anyone who doesn't know, Surviving High School, or SHS, is a really popular collection of books that have been put into games on different devices, and i have the iPhone app version. I don't know about the others, but in the iPhone version you have to pay or wait a week to get a new 'episode' (like a section of the game.) Heres my dilemma:
I'm really enjoying it, but I don't want to pay for episodes or wait for them to come out - I'm just really impatient and want to play through them now.
All I've tried is making my iPhone get set to a future date, but that doesn't seem to work.
Is there a way to get more SHS episodes without paying or waiting a week?
I'm in the UK at present and will go to Japan to work in a few days. Recently, my 4S was stolen and I need to replace it… I'm wondering whether to buy the unlocked iphone 5 here, or in Japan? I need it to be unlocked so I'll be able to use it wherever I travel to (I travel a lot) by switching the SIM.
So i have an iphone 4s from bell canada. Its a great phone but i have a problem with my Wi-Fi.
when i turn my Wi-Fi ON it will work fine. But after 4 or 5 minutes continuous working, it will stop working.
and i have to turn it OFF and then turn it ON again for later browsing.
i can't even see the full length youtube video of 5 minutes, because it will stop working in the mid of the video
any help
Right now I have an iPhone 4. I have 2 choices. Keep the iPhone 4 or upgrade to Nokia Lumia 920 when it comes out. I can't decide what I should do? Advantages and disadvantages of each. Let me know what you think.
