I'm thinking about jailbreaking my iphone 4s, i pay for a warranty $10 a month from ATT (if my phone breaks basically), so say I got water damage and it doesn't turn on or if i shatter the screen and it just doesn't work. Will it ruin the warranty? Or is there anyway to take off the jailbreak when your phone does crack or break to get the warranty back?
I disabled everything including GPS, WI-FI, Roaming and cellular usage. Also, there's No SIM card in the phone! But I still have little service bars in the top right hand corner of my screen, and can call out to Verizon on it, does this mean I'm still traceable? I don't know how I can make this call because everything is disabled.

Added (2). Kevin I'M not currently on the phone, nice try though: p. But what if i per say use Wi-Fi then turn it off? Will it be traceable anytime because i used it once or traceable only when Wi-Fi on. Why do i still get service bars still? ANd am able to call verizon?
I have to transfer some important pictures from my Iphone to my computer. I've looked it up online but they say the simplest ways is just to find the Iphone file when you connect the Iphone and computer with the usb cord. However I don't see the file anywhere so I can't transfer it. Do anyone have an idea of what I can do?
Verizon is now selling the iPhone for free along with a two-year contract. Obviously the free part is what has grabbed my attention, but how much is it going to cost me monthly to own one?
Alright so today I slipped on some mud and fell on my iphone and i put all my weight on it when i fell i do believe. Anyways I think i broke the LCD on it because the screen is white and occasionally has multi-colored lines. I've tried resetting it and everything I could. I'm not worried about replacing it because i'm getting a new one in a week or two. I would like to know if I could Sync my Contacts because I can't see a thing on the screen. I tried backing it up (which I was to stupid to do before) and i tried syncing my contacts and it wouldnt allow me because I have a passcode on my phone. I need to know of a way to get them back. Any help would be appreciated! Thanks! Oh Yeah! Voice Control works on it and so does the mic. I can still listen to music and call people but i can't answer a call or text, (if that helps any)
How can I unlock my verizon iPhone 4? Is there anyway to do it for free?
So I had my son take a short vid with his iPhone and transferred it to my HD.
When I played it with VLC (or others) it plays sideways. Speed is normal though.
Then I played it with QuickTime and the vid played normally (Portrait) but the speed was too slow.
QT is lagging. Any help with both issues would be appreciated. Thanks to all. BTW would I need to upgrade codecs?

I already activated the iphone which means I don't think I can get my contact information from my old phone due to it not having service any longer. Aren't the sim cards different sizes? And if they are, how can I make the transfer?
