Is it free to access iCloud on your iPhone?

I'm just wondering after seeing a second hand iPhone 3gs that i'm tempted to buy, is it free to access iCloud. Also does it take any data away from your monthly contract (E.G If I had 500mb of data would it take away data from that to access iCloud, or is it a completely free service) Thanks!

Switch from a Droid to an iPhone in the middle of my contract?

I currently have a Motorola Droid Razr Maxx. I have had it since March 2012. I have been having problems with it dialing calls on its own (while it has been off of my person and no one around it, with the screen locked). Verizon has already replaced it once and the refurbished replacement they sent me (about a month ago) is starting to do the same thing. This is very problematic (it has even caused problems with my job). I bought a Droid because I didn't want a Mac product, but I'm beginning to think having an iPhone may be my only option to solving this problem.

Does anyone know if Verizon will allow me to switch from a Droid to an iPhone in the middle of my contract period for free because of equipment issues? I obviously wouldn't want the iPhone 5 since it wasn't out when I bought my Droid, but with having so many problems on the Droid system I don't want to keep it any longer.

What's up with the phantom messages on my iPhone?

I recently bought an iPhone 4S and upgraded to the iOS 6 software and ever since I've been getting random tri-tone alert sounds and no notifications. No messages, no emails, no nothing. I've checked everything. I have the double alert thing off, where it only sounds once when I receive a message so it can't be that. I've googled it and the only thing I've found is it could be the google mail or eBay apps, but I have neither of those apps installed, nor downloaded. Is anyone else Having this problem? Someone please help its getting on my nerves!

Well… I have this person who keeps calling and messaging me almost everyday.So, I would like to block this person on my I-phone. Yea… I know that the easiest way to change my number. But, it's not worth it to change my num just for one person. Could anyone help me how to do it? I don't want to jail break my iphone. Oh… Yes. I'm using iOS 6.

Stolen iphone, but i know who stole it?

I'm in middle school, and my phone, my wallet with about 20 bucks in it, and my headphones were stolen by 2 boys in my grade. I know this because people told me they were standing around the backpacks looking around sneakily. They tell my friend to kill herself everyday, they call her fat, ugly, and some other horrible crude names. We did nothing to provoke this.
I told my vice principal everything above and he called the boys in, and of course they denied everything. They got away with everything, and I makes me furious. Who do I go to now? How do I make sure they get in as much trouble as possible? They really deserve it.

Which phone to choose for upgrade? IPhone 4 or 4s, 8gb, 16gb, 32, 64?

I'm lucky enough to be able to uprade my phone and choose from IPhone4 or 4s, also choose from 8gb, 16gb, 32gb and 64gb.

Now the obvious choice is to get the IPhone 4s 64gb which is the most expensive/flashy
But is it necassarily the best one to get for day to day use?
Is it bigger for example?

Why doesn't my iphone 3 work anymore after ios update?

It recently showed on my iphone to update.So, I did and now my phone just flashes the apple sign every 5 seconds, then blank screen for 5 seconds and so on. I tried holding the reset for 10 seconds and no luck. I now have a feeling this update is for only the new iPhones. If that's the case, I really wish it didn't show up on my iphone 3. I guess that's apples way to buy new products from them? I really hope someone can help.
