I want to update my iPhone but I can't due to the fact that I fear it will delete all of my songs seeing as they were downloads from 4shared and not purchased. Also, all my songs were from my old laptop. And the thing is, the laptop doesn't work at all! So I can't just re-sync all of my deleted songs:/
What should I do?
I know very stupid. Well anyways me thinking someone just sold it because they bought the iphone 5 or something decided to take it to the sprint store and just activate it well she told me that she can't do anything because its reported lost or stolen. I told the guy who sold it to me and he said he can't help me and is playing dumb saying he didn't know and making all these excuses. Anyways I don't want this phone if its lost or stolen and I want to take it to the police station and just report it but I don't want to be blamed for this.
I only have around 300 songs. However, I plan to go App Crazy. I will have a ton of apps, close to 1, 000 pictures, 2 movies, 500 Contacts, thounsands of text messages (Even though they are hardly anything) I will probably have around 1 hour of 1080p HD Video over the 2 years. What do you recommend? I'm leaning towards the 32 GB. Do you think I will need the 64 GB? Please let me know

Added (1). Is it an app that I download? I have an iphone 4s with ios 6.0. When I go to setting - General, I do not see Siri anywhere, as for turning it on or off. How do I get it? I have Verizon as my carrier.
Alright, so I have an iPhone 4 and it just stopped being charge able. When I plug my charger in It either says Charger not supported with this device, (when its the Apple charger) it will also show the little symbol that shows it's fully charged when its not sometimes, or it won't recognize anything at all. I've tried blowing all possible lint that could be stuck in there, using several different chargers… Help me out please. I have AT&T service I could take it in their but they would just tell me to send it to Apple. I don't really want to do that but I will if it comes down to that.
I updated my iphone software and it restored my phone to its original settings so know all my photos are gone and my contacts. I don't know how to get my photos back. I didn't save my photos before i restored my phone i don't know what to do please help me i really need my 900 photos back. I synced my phone to a new computer so that didn't help so please help me i'm hopeless. Please Please

Is 4gb enough for a iphone 4?
I have att as my provider… Do i need to buy a whole new nano card or can i use the old one that i have, and if so how?
