My iPhone was stolen & I used find my iPhone to see that it has been tracked to a pretty seedy apartment complex. The thief turned the phone off (or it died) & now I'm not even sure that it's still there. So I'm using my old 3 right now but after I backed it up I found that none of my photos were there. About 3 months of pictures. So should I wipe the phone? Is there a way to get the photos from iCloud? If I wipe the phone would it delete the photos from iCloud?

I called AT&T and they require a faxed receipt sent to them. What to do since I bought phone off e-bay and do not have an AT&T receipt or Apple store receipt. I also tried going through website and it also requires the receipt. How can I get around this? I see all over the web people charge $15-$50 for this service. How do they do it without receipt?

Okay, so I have my iphone 4g through straight talk, I have the sim and it works. They told me to get it unlocked for internet, they told me I can look it on google or youtube and find out how to unlock it. They mean jailbreaking it, and I was wondering is there any other way besides jailbreaking the phone to get internet or if I just need to go a head and pay someone to jailbreak it for me?
