I'm looking at iPhone 5 plans and the one that includes 250 megabytes best fits my budget. It also comes with unlimited Facebook which is awesome, but I'm wondering if I I'll have enough Internet to last me a month. I've never been on a plan before

I recently got an iPhone 5, but I found out that my laptop was too old to download the new iTunes, and my current iTunes is too old to sync with my new iPhone. How can I transfer all my music, video and app files from my Mac onto my iPhone without syncing them? And I don't know how to use iCloud, so what can I do?

When I met him off craigslist, I verified the ESN immediately with Verizon - it was all good. But 4 days later when I tried to activate it, they told me that the iphone had been reported lost or stolen. So I've been trying to call this guy but obviously he doesn't respond. I have his phone number, few text messages and his email address. I even know his facebook profile because when I searched with his email/phone, it showed up.
So should I tell him that I'll report him to cops to get my money back or just report him to the cops? Is it in any way going to help get my money back?

I plan on getting my girlfriend a iPhone 5 for her birthday in November, but I only want to get her the phone. Is it possible I can buy her the phone, then she can set up a contract with AT&T by herself? Or do I have to set up a contract prior to getting the phone.

I found it laying on a bench at a park at night three days ago. I kept it on for 48h waiting so that the person who lost it can call and get his or her phone back. But nobody called! I tried to access to the phone so I can reach the contact list and see if someone could connect me with the person who lost the phone. But it was no use since the phone is locked with a passcode.
Now I'm thinking about keeping it since the person who lost it doesn't it even bother to call to get the phone back. Plus all my friends are calling me an idiot for keeping it on in the first place and for trying to give it back.
