Is the iPhone 5 compatible with Solavei service?

Apple's iPhone 5 launched on September 21st, and meanwhile a new wireless phone service called Solavei quietly launched on the same day. If you want to learn more about that, read it here because I'm not gonna explain it.www.solavei.com
Basically it's unlimited 4G talk, text, and data for $49/month, so naturally I'm interested. I know Solavei will work with iPhone 4S on 3G, but my question is will solavei's 4G data speeds work on the iPhone 5? I should just get an unlocked iPhone 5 since Solavei uses T-mobile's network, right? Also, that would mean getting a SIM card from Solavei… But the iPhone only accepts nano SIM cards, so would that work?
So many questions… If someone who knows about this could explain the process of getting Solavei on the iPhone 5, or could at least direct me to a video or article with more details on this, that would be great.

What causes error code 3194 on an iphone 4?

I tried to upgrade my Iphone 4 to the newest ios and it got stuck in recovery mode. Then when I tried to hook it up to itunes it gave me error code -1.tried again and got error code 3194. I'm not sure what causes this.

Will Apple replace my iPhone?

Got an iPhone 5 yesterday and noticed a chip and 2 tiny scratches on the bottom right of the handset… I've had it in a case the whole time too. If I take this back to Apple tomorrow, will they replace mine for an undamaged phone?

Added (1). Its not the scratch that I worry about it's the fact that it costs a lot of money and would like to receive the phone unblemished!

I got the iPhone 5 as an upgrade the day it came out and stupidily have put it through the washing machine! I have had it in a bag of rice for the past 24hours but still will not turn on, as it's not insured I'm going to have to buy a new one! How much could I sell the damaged phone for? IPhone and iPads won't show up music titles/ songs?

Ion both my iPhone 4 s and iPad 3 when ever I put music from a cd on to a computer then sync it so my iPad. And iPhone on iTunes it won't show the artist song titles or anything for example i will have 5 albums and its like Track 1 track 1 track 1 track 1 track 1 track 2 track 2 track 2 track 2 track 2 etc, why is it doing this? How do I stop it doing this so I get the song titles?
