Now that Apple announced the iphone 5 the iphone 4 is now FREE with a contract. Now I live outside the US. What if i shipped it to somewhere in the US then to where i live. Then canceled the contract. I would have a free phone right? All i would have to pay for is shipping right?

My mom wants me to add her songs and apps from iTunes onto her new iPhone, but he doesn't want to activate her phone until she gets a case. So if I turn it on and add songs and apps, is it activated? Or do I have to activate it?
I was wondering if there was any apps for the iPhone where you could rate books and give reviews and get suggestions based on your ratings and preferences. I have the app Goodreads and it's pretty good but you can only review and rate books, is there any apps where it will give you suggestions on what to read based on your ratings or at least what is popular? Thanks and I only get free apps so it has to be free.

How can I save a video to my iPhone without a computer? I know I can't just save it from YouTube and such. I want to use it in an iMovie project (iMovie for iOS). I'm running iOS 6 on an iPhone 4.
I'm upgrading from my iPod Touch 4G to the new iPhone 5 and I was wondering if I can get it without a data plan and paying $100 dollars a month… I don't plan to text, call, or use the data plan at all. I just want the iPhone 5 for its gaming capabilities.
I just recently got my iPhone 4s and when i transferred contacts over, some numbers in there were my friends old phone numbers. Not knowing this at the time i texted them and later found out that wasn't their number. After adding their new number into contacts and deleting their old number I went to messages to send them a new message. When I search their name in the new message dialogue box to add them to reciepients I get multiple numbers for them. I get their new iphone number, and then numbers that say other that are the numbers I deleted because they were wrong. Does anyone know how to delete those old numbers permanently? They don't show up in any of my contacts, just in the new message center.
Does anyone know of any iPhone apps that are adventure-ish with a female as a playable main character? I've been searching for some for a while now and haven't found much. My favourite app is NyxQuest, so if you can find a game with mythological aspects to it as well, that's awesome.
I've owned it for about 9 months, and it just stopped charging last night. It was in my iHome and I spilled a little water on it (the iHome, not the phone), but barely any, I didn't even think about it. Now it won't charge in any outlet in my house. I tried cleaning the dock out with a toothbrush but that didn't do anything. I'm not in the Apple warranty anymore, so that's not an option.
