Why hasn't internal memory on phones increased much?

I got passed down an iphone 3Gs with a storage capacity of 32gb a number of years ago. Most pads don't seem to have too much more, and many phones of people I know come standard at 16gb. Considering the amount time that's passed, I would have thought that creating larger storage capacity for in a smaller space for cheaper would have taken more precedent, but as far as phones go, you still pay a decent premium for it.

My iPhone 6 won't fully reset to factory settings?

Recently I thought someone hacked into my phone so I decided to try a factory reset… When I tried to connect to Wi-Fi it didn't ask for the password so ok it didn't fully reset. Did the person that hacked it do that? How do I fix it? Can I fix it?

There over 1,000 it's going to take me forever to delete them one by one, any ideas? I delete iTunes on my laptop because so I'll have to try and delete them on my iPhone but I want a quicker way!

If I import my photos from my iPhone to my MacBook Pro will they stay on my MacBook Pro after I delete them in my iPhone?

I have almost 8,000 photos/videos on my iPhone 6s Plus. I got the new iPhone, so I'm giving the 6s Plus to my mom to use. I don't have the time right now to store all my photos in the cloud so I need to save them some other way. If I plug my iPhone into my MacBook Pro and import the photos from the iPhone to the MacBook Pro gen delete the photos from the iPhone (before resetting it) will the photos stay on the MacBook Pro or will they delete from the MacBook Pro when I delete them from the iphone? If this won't work is there another way can I save the photos?

Can I activate my iPad's camera remotely using my iPhone?

Working with iPad Pro (running on data, not Wi-Fi) and iPhone 6S Plus.

I'm in an ongoing war with my boss. We play pranks / scare each other for fun. I have a genius revenge plot to pull off, but I want video so I can relive the glory over and over.

Is there any way that I can use my iPhone to turn on the camera on my iPad to start the video before he rounds the corner towards my prank?

Would also be awesome if I can activate my iPad camera and keep the video recording while I simultaneously use the camera on my iPhone to record from a second angle.
