My phone just literally broke and i can't really wait another week.people keep saying they're both very comparable and a lot of 4s users arent upgrading this year.so, what's the better deal? 4S or 5? Are both very similar or?
In the past, T-Mobile's 3G network would not function on the iPhone because AT&T used, and still uses, 1900MHz frequency band whereas T-Mobile uses 1700/2100MHz. The new iPhone 5 now supports HSPA+ 2100MHz. Therefore the new iPhone 5 will be able to use T-Mobile's 4G network as long as the phone is unlocked and the T-Mobile sim is cut down to the new nano size, correct? I'm pretty sure that this is true, but maybe there are some other obstacles to come over (besides unlocking it). If this is true, I will wait until the iPhone 5 is unlockable, then buy it for use on my T-Mobile network (right now I'm using the Samsung Galaxy SII).
I'm getting an iPhone 5 and I would like to know which UK network is best in regards to internet surfing speed and data usage on the iPhone. I would like to know from people's past experiences. If it's relavent, I live in Newcastle Upon Tyne, England.

I figured this was a no-brainer, but when I went to pre-order it, they said it will be shipped in 14-21 business days. So I would be receiving it well after the September 21 release date. Will I be able to get my hands on one on the actual release date, or are they going to be sold out everywhere? I would probably be going later on in the day because of work if that makes any difference.
Since last night it won't take a charge. It makes the sound when I plug it in, and it has the battery on the screen. But in that small battery in the top right corner, it has that plug-looking-thingy. Which is all fine and good, except for the fact that my phone only has 2% left. Last night it had 11% when i went to bed and had it plugged in. I woke up and it only had 4% on it. I've tried plugging it into 4 different outlets and a computer. And I've also tried 4 different USB cords. And I've tried turning it on and off about 6 or 7 times now. So is there a way to fix this without having to bring it to AT&T?
I ordered it at 7:00 am est on the 14th over the phone and the guy assured me it would arive on the 21st but when i call the number that came with the email it says that my order is on back order
My mom is switching to Verizon and wants to get an iPhone 4s more than the 5, she has offered to get a new plan with an iPhone 5 and switch sim cards with me and my iPhone 4s. Can this sim card swap happen? Will all my contacts switch to the iPhone 5? Or will the iPhone 5 reject the old sim card and visa versa? Knowing this will really help me make a decision.
When ever the iphone 5 comes out i plan on getting it unlocked because i don't want those high monthly bills. What company offers pre paid plans with unlimited everything thats around 50-60$ that i can take the sim card and use it in my iphone? I was thinking tmobile or verison but i don't want any contracts or any of their phones. Just a plan and ill buy the iphone 5 unlocked
