I'm just wondering can you buy music or apps on the iphone 4s without having Wi-Fi so using the mobile internet because if you can't i'm thinking of getting the iphone 5 when it comes out if the iphone 4s can't do this.
Added (1). What so logan how much data are apps normally? And what would you think is the better option gettig the iphone 5 or keeping iphone 4s for a year or so till iphone 5 goes down in price?
My iTunes version is 10.6 and it won't detect my iPad 2 or iPhone 4S in the devices tab. My computer recognizes it as an iPad and an iPhone but it won't show up in iTunes. I have uninstalled everything related to iTunes and Apple and re-installed iTunes and that did not help at all. I need some help. Thanks!

OK so I Really want an iPhone 4s and yea I know about the iPhone 5's and i'm not interested in that. But my dad won't let me get it because of the 2 year contract and yea i know spring offers prepaid iPhone 4s's but my dad wouldn't pay like 600 dollars for that. And the 2 year contract one is like only 99 dollars so i don't see why that's so bad. I know you have to pay like 50-80 dollars a month but if you talk, text and all that stuff a lot wouldn't it become less expensive rather than to keep on refilling it? So what's so bad about a 2 year contract?

I have spend 2 hours trying FileApp, DiskAid and some other programs to tranfer an.ipa file from computer to iPhone.
I don't wanna use Jailbreak.
Is there ANY way to do this?
Well this might sound pretty pathetic, but I can't firgure out how to use iMovie on my iPod. I'm trying to make makeup tutorials (the picture quality is actually really good surprisingly) and I can't figure out how to take pieces out that I don't need. For example later on in the movie, I do my mascara, and I take about 5 minutes on my mascara but I only want I show about 5 seconds of it in the video. So I tried splitting it, it worked but it didn't let me split anything else in the video. Same goes for the trimming. I don't know it's getting me real angry. I also tried filming it with my video camera but I can't figure out how to use windows movie maker either. It seems to only let me take of stuff that at the very beginning or very end of the video. Any advice would be helpful!
I use Twitter/Facebook and will watch some youtube videos.
I surf the web sometimes. Normally to check spellings or train times!

The whole GB thing confuses me!
I have about 20 or 25 apps… 260 songs. That's about it and I only have 2GB left. I add like 10 songs a month but if I keep it up I will soon run out of memory. Will I have to buy a 16GB iPhone 4 and sell my 8GB or is there some way I can get more memory installed?
Obviously not to buy, but do they have any to sample yet? Because pre order started yesterday and I'm just wondering. Same with the new iPod touch and iPod nano
