MY PHONE IS FULLY FACTIONAL AND IT HAS ONLY CRACKED ON THE FRONT TOP RIGHT CORNER, EVERYTHING WORKS, JUST CRACKED, AND I WANT TO REPLACE IT, I DON'T KNOW WHICH ONE IS THE RIGHT ONE.

My friend just got a new iphone4s she was wondering if she was to turn it on and let the battery drain, without connecting to itunes or going through the setup process, if the seccon time she turned it on (after the battey draining) that the setup process won't be there. Will the setup process still be there? Is it worth draining the battery? Or should she not drain the battery? Does it make much difference?

When I'm playing music on my iPhone the volume bar disappeares and there's no sound. Everything else works perfectly, it rings etc just music and media it won't make any sound. Any ideas?

Having problems downloading/updating apps on iPhone?

My iPhone and my mom's iPhone both are having problems the past few days downloading and updating apps. They load half way, then start with a popup that says "unable to download".It doesn't matter if you click done or retry, because it keeps trying to load either way. It's not the connection, because we've tried downloading with several different connections, but it's the same thing every time.
