I dropped it in the bath and it was in there for about 4 seconds. The warranty is void as the sheets inside have turned pink. I tried to rice for 2 days and it isn't working, it isn't coming on at all. All I can do is buy a new one or pay to get it repaired. Hoe much would it cost to get repaired by Apple? Would I be better off going to a phone repair shop?

How do you take the music from your Iphone's music tab and put it on a playlist outside of the iphone section? My iphone broke and I need to transfer my music.
My mom has placed all these restrictions on my phone because she believes my ex tried to contact me and I started talking to him again. Every time I FaceTime one of my friends she receives a message that I FaceTimed and for how long. I only Facetime my friends when homework is involved rarely do I do it to just talk and when I do it's on the weekends when I'm free and my mom will usually walk in on me chatting and will say hi. It is really annoying with her questioning me and I have shown her my texts messages and call records, but she has severe trust issues. How do I avoid this? Is there anyway to get around it? I have put it in airplane mood and she still got a message. I'm getting quite annoyed because of this, and no matter what I do she won't leave it alone. Please help. Please don't give me any mother daughter tips we have gone through years of counseling and every couselor has told me the same thing: put up with it there's nothing you can do to change her. I accept that and I love my mom, but this is just ridiculous and I'm not able to call my friends about the homework I missed for sports without being jumped on. Thank you. Yes I even tell her I'm going to FaceTime too, but she still flips. She believes I will hang up on my friend and call my ex after she leaves.
OK, so i quickly put a passcode on my phone because my brother kept taking it then forgot it and now I wanna do the restore thing but I can't remember! It was something to do with the home button and power button but i can't find it on google? Please help? Thanks so much!

So today my iPhone 4 screen just went black. If I hold down the home button the voice control comes on, but the screen is totally black. Probably a month ago my lock button became unresponsive. I can't turn off my phone, lock it, or do the reset thing by holding down the lock & home button. I don't know what to do. As we speak i'm resetting it on my computer, but i don't think that would work. Also, a couple months ago I got my iPhone conversation changed to a blue iphone rather than white. I don't know if something was disturbed while it was being changed and that's why its not working! I don't have any insurance on it or anything, so taking it to AT&T or Apple would probably be a waste of time. If I can't fix it myself I'll probably buy a new one, though I don't want to. Thanks!

I dropped it about 30mins ago and while answering questions on here, it kept playing Marilyn Manson songs by itself at different speeds without me pressing any buttons and wouldn't stop when I pressed pause until I kept pressing it for ages. After that it has come on and off another three times but it plays music really sped up D: is it broken?
It seems I can't keep Wi-Fi connection on any of my devices within my home. We now have one lap top, one iphone, one itouch, one kindle fire requiring connection in my home. My wireless router is about 5 years old. We're having to unplug the router and reset several times a day to get connection to one, maybe two of the devices. At times, the connection will only last several minutes and we're having to reset the router again. Could it be the age of the router and it's capabilities of handling so many devices or should I be trouble shooting something else?
Fell in water… Powered up after rice bed for 12 hrs- saved phones pics vids etc to desktop- … Recv'd texts then phone acted up and is in now STUCK in a RESTORE (apple) logo screen. MODE- rebooting-
IF I restore- will I loose EVERYTHING ---pics etc.texts contacts etc. I have icloud with contacts there- but what about my apps? Last sync'd months ago.
So I left my iPhone 4 on my car then when my mom left she didn't know it was there and it flew off in the road and a car ran it over… So when I finally found it the screen was shattered but everything else still works perfect I can still text and stuff it's just the screen is so broken you can barley see out of it. Where should I get it repaired? Does apple repair it? I don't know what to do. I don't want to pay alot of. Money either.
I know there are ones like viber and whatsapp, but i mean is there one that:
a) doesn't require internet- if not fine.
b) doesn't require the other person to have the same app- sends the message straight to their sms inbox?
